I'm on Road Runner, so who knows what is happening on this crazy thing we call the Internet. Of course, now the kids are out of school which means even more folks on the Internet. Good luck to us all. I wondered why I would go several days with no messages, and then they would start coming again. I use comcast, and I'm wondering if anyone else using comcast experiences this. I have nothing filtered and no blocks or anything like that, so I can't figure out what's going on. Write me off-list if you think you have an idea. Thanks. Re: [JAWS-Users] Outlook Express, options, finding advanced page, removing message from server
You need to go to your account and then to advance for that check box. She has way too many messages on her Frontier server. I thought there was a way to go to the advanced page and check/uncheck some boxes concerning messages on her server. However, we could not find the location to do that. I went to tools and options. Found the general page, send/receive, maintenance, and so forth. But, I never found an advanced page. I was almost sure there was an advanced page to accomplish this task. No luck. So, without look express, how do you get to the location to manage things on the server? I think we tried all menus. After going to tools, the first thing is the send and receive sub menu. But, the only thing I heard there was "control m." No pages came up. So, I know you know the answer. Thanks for your future response. [JAWS-Users] Verizon
Those of us in California, Texas and Florida already had this happen two years ago when frontier took over Verizon in these states. Everything goes through AOL and they are difficult to work with when it comes to accessibility. After the change happens, Verizon will not talk to you. We had to do this two years ago when they left California. Dave and Potter For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/
