0. Does GitHub really disallow direct pushes to the master branch?
AI Tobias clarify GitHub action for direct pushes.

1. Recent GitHub changes re GitHubActions

New restrictions on GitHub actions to avoid bitcoin miners from using GitHub 
for mining. Should not affect any of our repositories for current committers.

2. Spec Updates JDO-709  
"Standardize field/property converters"

JDO-794 @Persistent annotation not required if a field is annotated with 
@Convert was resolved with new DataNucleus 5.2.7. Pushed to master.

Previous changes to specification/OOO were accepted and pushed to master.

Specification updates: previous changes to chapters 6, 18, and 19 were accepted 
for a clean start for JDO-709 update.

Volunteer needed to look at Appendix F.

3. Issues with Fix Version JDO-3.2 

4. Open Issues w/o Fix Version 

5. Release Policy Updates
6. JDO 3.1: Need to go through change lists in JIRA for 3.1 RC1 and 3.1 to 
prepare JCP Change Log
