I guess the next step is to implement MMFF94 in Jmol. I had been avoiding that because of the difficulty in atom typing. But now that that's done, the rest is reasonably straightforward. Not really. The data they derive from is only to three significant digits. I am intentionally rounding them to 0.001 for that reason; it's all a crude approximation anyway. It's molecular mechanics, after all. These calculations are incredibly rough.
