[jQuery] cluetip mouse tracking

Hi, I'm interested in using the cluetip mouse tracking plugin, but I
noticed that the feature is "experimental." Does anyone have more info
on this? Are there plans to support it fully? In the meantime, am I
safe using it in the major browsers?
