This seems to hinge on the value "Available Content" not containing the default text "VideoBluRay". STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Add a plasmoid to the desktop that has more information than is visible (e.g. the Bluetooth plasmoid - size to ensure it cannot display all data in it). 2. Position the mouse over the plasmoid and scroll the wheel down OBSERVED RESULT The virtual desktop changes, as though the mouse had been placed over the desktop background itself rather than the plasmoid. EXPECTED RESULT The plasmoid should scroll down/up to show its content.
