Previously, when we copy or move file, there is a windows with transfer speed

works. I have a forum and ask users with rolling release distros and Plasma 5
to check. They have same problem too.

Icons for some applications are missing. In my case there isn't icon for
internet browser and kate/kwrite. The icon for the internet browser appears
sometimes but not always. Icon for kate/kwrite never appears. Here you are a

Users can't move icons on Desktop wherever they want but in the grid. The grid
itself is very large.

Please, add an option to enble or disable desktop grid in desktop folder view
as it was in KDE 4.  The grid itself is very large and prevent moving icons
close to each other and the result is much unused space.
For now I only try Plasma 5 in a virtual machine because of this and it
prevents me from migrating to Plasma. And I run Arch you see...

It would be nice to have option to enable or disable grid as it was in KDE 4.
Lack of such feature is a bad idea. This is the only reason that prevents me to
migrate to Plasma 5 and I know a lot of other people with the same problem.
