It does so normally.  The search actually shows only plasmoids, which is
somewhat counter-intuitive.

Ever since installing Neon on my Kubuntu 15.10  I'm unable to use
add-apt-repository command. Te problem is that there is no distribution
template for neon/wily. Maybe you should provide a patched
software-properties-kde together with other updates in your repo.
