Krita 3.0.1 RC is multilingualized. However it loads every language but our
native language used by OS as system language. It is very annoying.

That's wierd and confusing
In fact "spray shape" parameter which doesn't has checkbox is probably "spray
area" parameters.

On 1920x1080 external monitor (my main monitor is 1366x768), Japanese UI looks
too bad.

This problem doesn't happen with 2.9.11. Animation Beta.

I also found that I cannot rename tags that contains 2-byte characters, which
results in two tag of one which is left not renamed and the other which has a
name of word that I use to rename the tag.

I found that I cannot input 2-byte characters with a keyboard to the box of
"New tag" and "Rename tag" in the list of brush preset.

Ah... I found the reason why this crush happens on my computer: I used Intel®
HD Graphics Driver Ver.10.18.10.3621 provided by FUJITSU, which hasn't updated
it since 2014/06/24. I downloaded the latest version from Intel official,
update it manually and the crush won't happen...

These properties can be translated on 3.0 alpha git 5bd8323 for it, but a issue
that some properties are untranslatable with any translation resource files is

Krita crashes when I click OK to close the preference while it has any document
on my PC which has intel graphics (CPU: Intel core i5-3230m, No GPU)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use Krita pre on computer which uses Intel graphics
2. Enable OpenGL on the preference window and click ok to close it
3. Open or Create a document
4. Setting>Configure Krita and open the preference window
5. click "OK" to close the window

Actual Results:  
Krita crashes

Expected Results:  
The preference window is closed

When krita crashes in this way, debugview shows any lines. 
Your configuration just before the crash is applied when you reboot krita after
the crash.

I suggest that we should enable krita to export binary images in order to print
them out, although I approve of krita's policy that it won't have the ability
to edit indexed colors images. Japanese Cartoonists prefer binary images to
grayscale images for the purpose of printing them out, because print results of
binary images are better than ones of grayscale images. It should have options
as a threshold slider with a histogram of a image, like this:
