[i18n] [Bug 453143] Translation of update process in German confusing

If I see this correctly, "Refresh" has been "Check for Updates" before but was
changed.
Before:
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/discover/-/blob/Plasma/5.19/libdiscover/resources/ResourcesModel.cpp#L103
After:
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/discover/-/blob/master/libdiscover/resources/ResourcesModel.cpp#L100

So, "Aktualisieren" would be a perfectly fine translation for the overly
generic term used in the application now. Not sure why it was decided that
"Refresh" would be better than "Check for Updates" but well ...

Since "Aktualisieren" is equally bad, I will change it as suggested to "Auf
Aktualisierungen prüfen".

I'm sorry, that was not a suggestion for a new label in English. I just not had
the correct string in English at hand, so I guessed. :D

I see the reason for the German translation of "Update all". And I think,
having the Refresh button relabeled makes the function of "Update All"/"Alle
aktualisieren" clear.

Thanks for reaching out. :)

I agree, these two buttons are weird next to each other. I will probably use
the "Auf Aktualisierungen prüfen" for the Refresh button.

What about "Apply Updates"? Is that a suggestion for the original string? Here
the button is labeled "Update all". For the German translation, I would like to
keep the "Alle aktualisieren" for "Update all" to not go too far from the
original and to not have two quite long strings there extending the button
layout.
