If the clip properties widget is tabbed under the bin widget, it does not pop
up. This was implemented some time ago because it feels strange to make the
current bin widget "disappear" on double clicking a clip (which does the same
as context menu > Clip Properties).

However with the new behavior, maybe it's better to make the properties dialog
pop up even if it hides the Bin widget... I think you are right, fixing it
right now.
