KDE 4 is no longer maintained, but also the backtrace is missing any debug
symbols.
Could somehow be related to

but if it's a reproducible bug and you want to know about the cause, ensure to
install debug packages for kwin to provide a full backtrace (it won't be fixed
anymore, but maybe there's a workaround)
