SUMMARY
for example if i have telegram desktop in the front and firefox under
telegram-desktop but a part of firefox is visible, clicking on the visible part
of firefox does not return to the front

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  open a window A
2.  open a window B
3.  window A is more large than window B
4.  window B is in the front
5.  click in a visible part of window A

OBSERVED RESULT
the window A don't brings to the front

EXPECTED RESULT
brings to the front
