Yes i have. I use it with Clementine. I removed it from the panel but the issue
remained.

I also get every second the following error message in the journald log:
plasma.engine.mpris2: Enabling stop action

I think something is broken here.

I still get freezes with Papirus plasma-theme. I use -git version, so sometimes
(between pulls) all works normally, other times - freezes are very often.

I get this quite often. It's often accompanied by a message like this:
plasmashell[1443]:

and sometimes I see a lot of these messages afterwards:

I disable notifications on system tray plasma panel and freezes (load CPU and
RAM) 
ceased. Problem with notification module.
