Andreas, what the branding.svg was supposed to be is show a distribution icon
in Kickoff, like [1], notice the ugly "KDE Desktop" badge in the top right,
some distros put their logos in there instead.

the icon for kicker, kickoff, dash is from the plasma theme it's called
start.svgz. I don't think we need an additional branding thing.

That file should probably be removed, I don't think we plan to add this
functionality back, VDG?
