[Bug 252714] New: Search function in Kmail works only once
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=252714 Summary: Search function in Kmail works only once Product: kmail Version: 1.13.5 Platform: openSUSE RPMs OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs@kde.org ReportedBy: axel.br...@gmx.de Version: 1.13.5 (using KDE 4.4.4) OS:Linux Inside an Email, use the search function (CRTL-F) and enter a search string. That works so far. If you switch to the next message, the search does not give a result (using the button forward or backward search) unless you modify the search string (even if the string does nt have to be modified to get a result). So it looks like the cursor has to enter the search field beore it works again Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: See above Expected Results: The search help works without changing the search string OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.34.7-0.3-desktop Compiler: gcc -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs

[Bug 252776] New: Kmail wrongly detects double click
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=252776 Summary: Kmail wrongly detects double click Product: kmail Version: unspecified Platform: Debian testing OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: minor Priority: NOR Component: message list AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs@kde.org ReportedBy: diggory.ha...@gmail.com Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.4.5) OS:Linux Sometimes when I try to quickly select and move messages (from message pane), kmail detects the action as a double-click and opens the message. Example 1: I want to move to messages to another folder. One is already selected. I press Ctrl, select the other, release Ctrl, click on one of the two and start dragging. Example 2: I want to select two additional messages. I hold Ctrl, and click on each in turn. Solutions: 1. Require mouse button to have also been released before accepting as a double-click. Fixes example 1 but not 2. 2. Require all four click/release events to occur while the mouse pointer is over the same item (or perhaps close to the location of the first item). Fixes both examples. [Bug 251376] Impossible to enter numbers in the 'Check interval:' line edit'
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=251376 Sabine Faure sab...@kdab.net changed: What|Removed |Added Status|RESOLVED|REOPENED Resolution|FIXED | --- Comment #3 from Sabine Faure sabine kdab net 2010-09-29 23:09:45 --- I retested this today and it is partially corrected now: Entering '1' as a check interval works fine now but it is still not possible to enter a number holding the blue arrow key and pressing a number. At moment the only way to enter a number is still to directly press on a number (without holding the blue arrow key). This may be because this is a digit only field but I still find this behaviour inconsistent with the rest of the app. Can anyone confirm that this is really a bug?
