[Bug 82684] allow for IMAP message cache customizability
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=82684 Franz Fellner alpine.art...@googlemail.com changed: What|Removed |Added CC||alpine.art...@googlemail.co ||m --- Comment #15 from Franz Fellner alpine.art...@googlemail.com --- Kmail2 cashes mails, but the cache gets invalidated after some time (hours). It would be still nice to have options to finetune caching (I don't need Trash to stay in Cache, but I need Mails in the Inbox at least for some weeks, as long as a specific communication is active). My connection is quite slow (45kb/s), so caching is really important for traditional IMAP, DIMAP is no option as syncing would take days. Some time ago, I read a comment to a Blog post, that there is a hidden possibility, yet, but I don't remember where it was :( -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs
[Bug 295511] [regression 4.8.0 - 4.8.1] search function in sieve-filter editor not working anymore
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=295511 --- Comment #4 from m.w...@web.de --- Yes, but if you have a big and complex filter, the error which is in the file, was made during the last edit. Normally I will only edit a small part of the filter. So I will know a search pattern, to find the place I just edited and will be able to find the error, even though I can not find the exact line number which was named in the error report. I had the problem with identifying the line number of a bug also, bug I was always able to find it by searching the area I last edited. [Bug 295484] filtering removes email's content
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=295484 --- Comment #7 from S. Burmeister sven.burmeis...@gmx.net --- When installing bogofilter it does not mark any email as spam. One has to train it, i.e. mark emails as spam AND ham in order to make it work. This means that if you do not have this problem with bogofilter and you do not get any bogosity header in new emails, bogofilter is simply not adding any header and thus the bug does not appear.
