The mails are displayed and notifications are raised, but the duplicated mails (see linked screenshot) are disabled and thus can't be interacted with: one couldn't mark them as read, see its contents or open them on a new window. Mail count for the subscribed folder raises aswell: the attached screenshot shows 64 unread mails, but there are just three of them (real, unique, unread mails). By the time I finished reporting this bug the count has raised to 86 (and counting). May have something to do with #264266 Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Configure an Exchange 2010 account over IMAP (didn't try with other servers, sorry about that). 2. Open KMail and wait to receive the messages. 3. They are received fine, but they'll keep duplicating after some minutes. Actual Results: Every unread mail received is duplicated, but the clones are disabled. Expected Results: Receive a mail just once, not many times for the very same mail. I'm reporting that as an akonadi bug - not kmail, as closing kmail doesn't prevent akonadi from fetching mails on the background. I'm using Kubuntu 12.10 with Kubuntu backports PPA enabled. $ kmail --version Qt: 4.8.3 KDE Development Platform: 4.10.00 KMail: 4.10 $ akonadiserver --version Akonadi 1.9.0 Please let me know whether I can provide any other information about my setup to help you triage the bug. I tested on two different machines (desktop and laptop) with the very same results. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs
[Akonadi] [Bug 304533] Akonadi service never starts
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=304533 jamese james.el...@gmail.com changed: What|Removed |Added CC||james.el...@gmail.com --- Comment #4 from jamese james.el...@gmail.com --- Hi Akonadi never starts automatically on KDE startup on my system. This has happened for the last few point releases of KDE (Kubuntu packages) I right click the Akonadi tray icon and click Start... and it starts. Telepathy then works. Going to the server configuration and hitting Test I see some errors for previous log files: akonadiserver.error.old Control process died, committing suicide! Version: '5.5.29-0ubuntu0.12.10.1' socket: '/home/X/.local/share/akonadi/socket-riba.webqs.com/mysql.socket' port: 0 (Ubuntu) If it helps, I don't use Kmail or Korganizer etc (as Akonadi never worked properly and it couldn't handle my mail volume). I think the only Akonadi based app I use is Telepathy. Nepomuk: Desktop search services are active. File indexing service is off Email indexing is on Hope that helps out... [Akonadi] [Bug 310741] Akonadi-google contacts stays in syncing folder 'Other Contacts'(0%)
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=310741 --- Comment #7 from Nico Kruber nico.kru...@gmail.com --- deleting the kwallet entries did not solve this now I'm being asked for the password but this dialogue keeps popping up over and over again. Login succeeds, and I authorize it and the getting authorization token appears, immediately followed by the password dialogue (I tried it up to 5 times in a row) sometimes, up to 3 different login dialogues (according to requested information) appear: 1) calendar 2) contacts 3) contacts+calendar+tasks I'll run it with debug enabled (as mentioned above) as soon as possible... -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs
[Akonadi] [Bug 310741] Akonadi-google contacts stays in syncing folder 'Other Contacts'(0%)
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=310741 --- Comment #8 from Nico Kruber nico.kru...@gmail.com --- I guess, there is something wrong with the scope in the kwallet info - now, it is set to ,https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar,https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email,https://www.googleapis.com/auth/tasks; (note the comma at the beginning) also it should contain the contact scope, I'd guess -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs
[knotes] [Bug 314136] Knotes is not available in the System Tray anymore after launch
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=314136 --- Comment #8 from Myriam Schweingruber myr...@kde.org --- (In reply to comment #7) Could it be that the systray icon is shown on one of your other virtual desktops or maybe activity? We recently fixed a bug where the icon seems to stick to one desktop. Sorry to disappoint you, even with only one virtual desktop and a single activity: it doesn't show up. The bug you refer to was that notes sticked to a particular screen or desktop, not just the icon, wasn't it? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs
