[kontact] [Bug 325354] KMail-Kontact crashed on switching e-mail to html read mode

--- Comment #1 from Laurent Montel mon...@kde.org ---
- Unusual behavior I noticed: E-Mail-Kontact does not run any user defined
oder system defined settings - mail-list design - read/unread symbol in mail
list does not switch on read, when you have already opened it - advanced mail
search does not run: unable to create persistent search
Please report another bug report (but there is already reported I think)

Ok, thanks for the info.
In that case the bug must be somewhere in Akonadi::Monitor or
Akonadi::EntityTreeModel. I'll try to figure out what could go wrong in there.

In order to provide input:

* Wait for the bug to appear in a folder

- Done.

* Switch to another folder and back = Bug still present?

- Yes.

* Create a new tab (ctrl+shift+t) = Is the Bug also present in the new tab?

- Yes.

[kmail2] [Bug 325372] New: kmail goes offline, but fails to go back online

2013-09-27 Thread Anders Lund
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=325372

Bug ID: 325372
Summary: kmail goes offline, but fails to go back online
Classification: Unclassified
   Product: kmail2
   Version: 4.11.1
  Platform: unspecified
OS: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
  Severity: normal
  Priority: NOR
 Component: general
  Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org
  Reporter: and...@alweb.dk

When the net connection is missing, kmail decides to be offline. Fine, but then
it should be able to go online again, but it is not.

Even clicking the click here go go online link fails.

Reproducible: Always

[kmail2] [Bug 287356] Lost all e-mails while moving them from local folder to IMAP account

2013-09-27 Thread Andre Woebbeking
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=287356

--- Comment #10 from Andre Woebbeking woebbek...@kde.org ---
Git commit c561149538336804f212f5a12ea6cf3d1a3a19f5 by Andre Woebbeking.
Committed on 27/09/2013 at 20:19.
Pushed by woebbe into branch 'KDE/4.11'.

Don't bother IMAP servers with not supported flags

Created a new method ResourceTask::fromAkonadiToSupportedImapFlags() to convert
Akonadi to IMAP flags supported by the server and use it everywhere instead of
fromAkonadiFlags().

fromAkonadiFlags() was made private to make it impossible to call it by
accident.
Related: bug 278082
FIXED-IN: 4.11.3
REVIEW:112724

This also reduces the risk to trigger 287356 as the insert on the IMAP server
doesn't fail due to unsupported IMAP flags.

your two crashes are unlikely related.

The first crash from Ubuntu is probably due to a Qt bug (that is why I suggest
you tyring some newer Qt installtion), but the second crash from Gentoo shows
that your system fails to load some dynamic library (usually indicates a broken
system after some upgrading)

[nepomuk] [Bug 294320] kmail complains about the semantic destkop not running, when it is

2013-09-27 Thread Thiago Jung Bauermann
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=294320

--- Comment #22 from Thiago Jung Bauermann thiago.bauerm...@gmail.com ---
I did the nepomukctl restart but there's no message about invalid log entry in
replay. In fact, the only messages that show up in the console are like this:

/org/freedesktop/UDisks2/drives/MATSHITADVD_RAM_UJ862A_HE96_229938 : property
Drive does not exist

Also, there's no message about invalig log entry in replay in my
~/.xsession-errors.

So in my case the problem has a different origin?
