When i try to enter a new contact in my adressbook it opens and only show the
possible sources.
the fields for entering the informations are invisible.

1.klick add new contact

Actual Results:  
Whole Window is blank

Expected Results:  
the fields for entering the informations have to show

With the 4.12.0 upgrade i could add new contacts, after the 4.12.1 not

Actually i can't make the thing crash using the steps i described in step #8
anymore (even without the said patch) so can't confirm the patch is good or not
since for me it's not needed.
