Fix dropping of emails onto favorites

Summary:
and dropping a collection to define a new favorite.

Test Plan:
Tested all three features, reordering, adding, and dropping a mail.

Two issues left:
- adding a new favourite at a specific position (patch pending
  for akonadi's favoritecollectionsmodel)
- the "+" when moving to reorder shouldn't appear, should be MoveAction only,
  don't know if that's possible here though.

kleopatra gives the following error when trying to encrypt/decrypt/sign a text
file

[1]18003 segmentation fault  kleopatra

encrypting contents of the clipboard is encrypted successfully.

sample files where created with kpgp for testing decrypt.

if you need further information kindly inform me as to how i gather same.

i am running kde neon - Linux (x86_64) kernel release 4.10.0-42-generic
kleopatra has been  updated to 4:17.12 from the neon reposistories

kleopatra (4:17.12.0-0neon+16.04+xenial+build38)

this bug was present in 4:17.08

Thread 18 detected memory corruption, could be caused previously by any other
thread. Probably only a valgrind log could help to isolate the cause of the
issue. If this is reproducible, please try to generate a valgrind log.

An advanced mode no it will be very hard to test 2 modes.
But I can create a plugin (disable by default) which can add action in menu.

Using "Aggregation = mailing list" and "Sorting = by date and time" results in
threads ordered only by date of the first mail. This is a major inconvenience,
because for looking into mailing list you can't tell which threads was updated
and which wasn't.

In contrast, e.g. Thunderbird for sorting takes into attention all mails within
a thread, i.e. if some old thread got a new mail, the mail group gets bumped.

# Steps to reproduce:

1. Set "View → Message List → Sorting → • By Date/Time"
   and "View → Message List → Aggregation → • Standard Mailing List" 
2. Send yourself a mail "TestOlder"
3. Send yourself a mail "TestNewer"
4. Reply to "TestOlder"

# Expected:

Thread TestOlder gets bumped

TestOlder stays in the same order.

The same issue tested on 4 different machines (one Manjaro, 3 KDE neon).
After the upgrade nobody could send emails when the outgoing account was using
SSL connection.

Tested all the auth methods with SSL, you can't send email.

On the server side, these are the enable auth methods:
250-AUTH PLAIN LOGIN CRAM-MD5 DIGEST-MD5 GSSAPI

The Message on the server side when I try to send email:
SMTP-IN:002DB307: Authentication error: Generic error
SMTP-IN:002DB307: >> 535 Authentication failed
- or
SMTP-IN:002DB262: Authentication error: Account not found locally
SMTP-IN:002DB262: >> 535 Authentication failed

depending on the auth method.

Only GSSAPI has a different error:
421 mailserver.hostname error reading data

My current workaround is _not_ using encryption (port 25, LOGIN or PLAIN auth).

When using TLS I get a popup windows with this info:
The server failed the authenticity check (mailserver.hostname).
The certificate does not apply to the given host
The certificate is not signed by any trusted certificate authority
The certificate has expired

But the certificate is fine, for that host, signed and 2 years more to go.

To improve the ease of use for PGP based mail encryption, it'd be great if
KMail could join the ranks [1] of autocrypt [2] supporting mail client.s

Basically, Autocrypt just adds another mail header which includes meta
informations for further encryption, including the public key of the sender.

Thanks! I changed the title "Kmail doesn't get content from the external
editor" → "Kmail doesn't get content from GVim" so that it would be easier to
find from google.

After creating a new IMAP account I wanted to change the default trash folder
of that account, which points to the trash folder in the local mailbox, to the
trash folder of the IMAP aacount. After having done that and restarting
kontact/kmail There is an error messages about a trash folder, can't remember
the exact message, and the kontact/kmail crashes. Removing the trash folder of
the local mailbox, using "rm -rf
.local/share/akonadi_maildir_resource_0/trash/", kontact/kmail start up without
any problem; the folder gets recreated.

The error should be more descriptive but this should not happen in normal use.

Is the signed file electrum-3.0.3-portable.exe next to the signature
electrum-3.0.3-portable.exe.asc ?

And can you open both files for reading?

Autodetect fix doesn't change anything for me as KMail connects with my server
then drops the connection, so that isn't the issue.
