[Bug 293816] BCC adds host name to BCC Field in header.
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=293816 --- Comment #4 from Russ Fineman upscope nwi net 2012-02-16 16:18:31 --- (In reply to comment #3) Do you have nepomuk works ? if it doesn't work it will not find distribution list = will complet with machine name. It says its running. The file indexer, Semantic indexer and email indexer aare all enabled. It is finding the distribution list when selected from Kmail2. It finds it as: Example: BCC: MD19-D_South_Pres-Sec But when the message is sent something is adding the host name: BCC:MD19-D_South_Pres-Sec@linux-450c This causes my ISP to Bounce the BCC: List. If I can suppy additional information let me know. This was a problem back on 11.4 KDE versions, Don't remember which KDE version but think it may have 4.0 or 4.1 That was fixed.Looks like a regression. Thanks for your help and suggestions. [Bug 266391] New: Mail in subfolder of Inbox does not display - No Crash
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=266391 Summary: Mail in subfolder of Inbox does not display - No Crash Product: kmail Version: 1.13.6 Platform: openSUSE RPMs OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: folder list AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs@kde.org ReportedBy: upsc...@nwi.net Version: 1.13.6 (using KDE 4.6.0) OS:Linux Not sure if Folder List is correct place for this bug. Have a subfolder of the inbox called hold. I keep emails there I want to hold for a short time. When I start Kontact with Kmail as default the hold inbox shows a total of three messages. But the right hand window only shows one message. Looking at ~/.kde4/share/apps/kmail/,inbox.directory/ho;d/cur there three messages are there. The one showing is type email message, the other two are plain text documents. The messages were dragged from Inbox to Inbox/Hold. Does not appear to occur on other subfolders. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Just start Kontact and look at subfolder under Inbox. Actual Results: see one of three messages. Expected Results: Should see all three messages openSUSE 11.3 (2.6.34.7-0.7-default) Platform Version 4.6.00 (4.6.0) release 381 Kmail 1.13.6 Intel Core 2 duo 2.5 MHZ 8GB Memory Nvidia GeForce 8400 GS (260.19.29 Driver) -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs

The use Save List Button, name List, click save list, will ask for name of addressbook to save list in, click save after picking addresssbook. [Bug 188271] Cannot logon to newsgroup
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=188271 --- Comment #4 from Russ Fineman russbucket nwi net 2009-03-31 00:27:08 --- The steps I did: start knode from the kick off menu, kwallet asks for password to allow it to pass user Id and password to isp site, knode goes to site and after short delay comes back with error message mentioned above. After kdeinit4 mentions preparing to launch konsole, may not be needed. It was things I did to get this information I think. I normally run knode from kontact but this run is just knode from kickoff menu. http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=166797 --- Comment #19 from Russ Fineman russbucket nwi net 2009-01-17 20:35:04 --- Ref #15 and 18: went to write up work around today and my distribution lists are gone again. I did some rpm KDE4 updates yesterday. My addressbook is still in tack and looking in ~/.kde4/share/apps/kabc the last for vcards show an entry for the 2 distribution lists I created, and a UID for each. But going into Kontact/Contacts the distribution lists are gone. Where are these UIDs and the data actually stored? What is causing this as distributions lists are critical. http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=166797 --- Comment #18 from Russ Fineman russbucket nwi net 2009-01-09 18:55:16 --- Yes I just looked at .kde4/share/apps/kabc/ on my new 11.1(KDE 4.1.3) system and there is no distlists file. On my 11.0 (KDE 4.1.3) I copied the 3.5.9 distlists file into the above directory but kmail(4.1.3) still did not see the the lists. See comment #15. Yesterday while sreach on this I did find a work around: I will post this when I log back onto my 11.0 system as thats where I book marked it. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs
