BTW, my IMAP accounts continue to crash... I can provide all crashes reports, if needed. I cannot change back my settings in order to see if the problem disappear, the foreground error window doesn't allow it. Error received both from standalone and kontact version of Kmail. This option was setup by default by the system an I never changed it. I can add an entry inside Konact and edit an existing entry, both changes are reported to the remote source. Thanks Myriam, but no way to get it working. As you can see from the screenshot, I have the resource created and working (ready, with green light) in the Agents dialog, but the same doesn't work inside Kaddressbook. If I create another one from within the Kaddressbook dialog, the same is created inside the Agents dialog, but not showed in Kaddressbook (Kontact). To add an address to a new mail (if not present in the recent ones) I have to click on the Select button, which opens the selection dialog. In there, I can normally see my Gmail contact groups and select them.
