I have the exact same problem on different computer, even starting from a clean configuration. I also created another laposte.net account to try, same result. That being said for the last few days I have seen an improvement as it sometimes works (maybe an update on their part that prevents the triggering of the bug in kmail?). I will keep an eye on this over the next few weeks. No server-side subscription, no disconnected mode. I have regular mail checking activated (interval of 5 minutes) as IMAP IDLE does not seem to work with laposte. However right now laposte works. I will try to play again with the settings when it is broken.
