That's because, as the warning text on the page https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Faq/General/001 says, there are text on the original page NOT MARKED FOR TRANSLATION. This is normally due to someone changed the english text but the translation mark was not done from then - The translation mark seems to have be done manually.
