I have heard from the hotel that we can hold our luncheon Tuesday, here is an excerpt from the email: "We have decide to put your âinformalâ lunch get together in our Max Lounge, the number of the area will be what we call the 600âs (it is a raised area where we have our entertainers perform from on the weekends, this is not a private area but at least area at the end or our Lounge area."
The hotel are organising box lunches or some sort of quick pick lunches that we can pick up and take to the area once we get out of class. Hopefully the area will not be too noisy and we can do our usual introductions and raffle. I also asked for trash cans so we can clean up after ourselves. Looking forward to seeing you all soon.
