[lace] Tatters in Hawaii?

Hello,

I've been asked if there is a tatting group in Hawaii, specifically on the
Big Island. IOLI doesn't seem to have a chapter in Hawaii at all.

Since I get Arachne in digest form and can go weeks between them, please
respond to me personally if you can help out.
