I'd recommend tcng [0]. : Now, I use RSHAPER, very easy and very stable, but I have 2 problem: 1- : Only download control and 2- is fixed, I put only the top BW. I have : about 150 users. Regards, So, tcng [0] is Traffic Control Next Generation, and represents an effort to simplify the complexity involved with the configuration of the traffic control system. The language developed for tcng is clear and intuitive IF you understand the traffic control system. There are several resources for learning about traffic control techniques under Linux. My introduction [1] provides a starting point, after which the LARTC HOWTO is fruitful [2], and finally I'd recommend several additional sources of information, such as Leonardo Balliache's pages [3] and Werner Almesberger's tcng manual [4]. If you decide you would like to try using tcng and HTB together, I have a more hand-on document which may be useful [5].
