Cool - we'll I've got a slide deck from last year's UDS about how we use Launchpad in Drizzle, and then one from earlier this year where I walked the openstack guys through how bzr, bugs, merge props and blueprints work - so if we like we can use those as starting point. There there's nobody from bzr/launchpad teams available, I'd be happy to either do it or help out.
