No, it is not down. What are you trying to do? I'm sorry. I meant the svn web sites. I used to look at this url: http://www.freepascal.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/?root=lazarus before I update my lazarus's local svn repository. Apparently, the SVN server itself is up since I'm able to get update from the svn. But, not the svn web site. I got 404 respond on the above url.
