Add-ons are currently in svn in their own area:

Current ones used in production are:
templatetrans (Template transactions as an alternative to recurring

import_trans (Import transactions addon, currently only support ap and gl,
but this could be extended easily).
Budgetting will be added to that list as I will be using it on production
shortly.
I would think the Reports section might be appropriate... that's where I go
for Income/Expense and Balance Sheet, seems like a similar
strategic/business function...
