I clicked tables, added/deleted/updated text, added a new table, and saved the file. When I opened the saved file, I was still able to click anywhere on the file. With the problem document, I tried editing the tables, creating new tables, saving constantly for about 10 minutes, but I encountered nothing like you've shown in the video.
