My (side) comment is about help on expert configs. First it will be a huge task, with consequences in translation. Second, such configurations misuse are source for tons of headaches for support teams in organizations, with costly calls to the Help Desk. Third, who never heard "I didn't do anything", "Yesterday it was working" or "it worked on MS Office", "that LibreOffice"... from our beloved users.
