Totally agree Wasil. A beautiful sheet, the syntax is only very small part. Lilypond make other default setting great. We just focus on music and syntax. These are the key of music. Can not install Lilypond via brew in Mac OS X Lion
I just purchased my first mac. I installed Mactux with no problem. But when I brew lilypond brew always exit with message ghostescript is not linked. But I 100% sure it linked. I don't know why. I you mean convert ly file to pdf, it should work. I ever did for piano
notes (Mikro Kosmos) for kindle 3, it should work for ipad/iphone. But I
don't think PDF in A4 size is suitable for tab/kindle.

My personal experience is Lilypond currently focus on printing page,
not for screen.
I use my kindle version format for 6' e-ink reader. And the note size is
only can be read as a book. But it's too small for reading when you play
piano/guitar. I really prefer to 10'-12' e-ink reader for music
performance.
Please kindly find my kindle3 and A4 version for Mikro Cosmos by Bela
Batork.
For future, the solution may in SVG + html output of lilypond. But I am
not familiar with epub standard if it support SVG very well.
