Is the Diablo autobuilder running?
I uploaded browser-switchboard 3.1-2 for the Diablo autobuilder nearly a day ago, yet the package hasn't been built yet. A quick look at the extras-builds mailing list archives [1] shows that no packages have been built for Diablo since python-qt4 on February 1.
