[Mailman-Users] domain change for mailman
hi, i'm looking at changing domain name for an operation mailman server and looking at the following mailman config files to reflect this change. /etc/hosts and host related files /etc/postfix (in my case) /etc/mailman/mm_cfg.py /usr/lib/mailman/Mailman/mm_cfg.py are these config files sufficient to reflect the change for mailman not to break? did i miss anything? any other pointers will be appreciated. regards, /virendra -- Mailman-Users mailing list Mailman-Users@python.org http://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/mailman-users Mailman FAQ: http://www.python.org/cgi-bin/faqw-mm.py Searchable Archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/mailman-users%40python.org/ Unsubscribe: http://mail.python.org/mailman/options/mailman-users/archive%40jab.org Security Policy: http://www.python.org/cgi-bin/faqw-mm.py?req=showamp;file=faq01.027.htp

It is unclear to me why you have two mm_cfg.py files. Something to do with your 'package' I suppose. Does one import from the other? Anyway, see http://www.python.org/cgi-bin/faqw-mm.py?req=showfile=faq04.029.htp, and be sure to note the part about fix_url. -- Mark Sapiro [EMAIL PROTECTED] The highway is for gamblers, San Francisco Bay Area, Californiabetter use your sense - B. The mm_cfg.py in /etc/mailman is a sym link to /usr/lib/mailman/Mailman/mm_cfg.py. -- John Dennis [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- Mailman-Users mailing list Mailman-Users@python.org http://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/mailman-users Mailman FAQ: http://www.python.org/cgi-bin/faqw-mm.py Searchable Archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/mailman-users%40python.org/ Unsubscribe: http://mail.python.org/mailman/options/mailman-users/archive%40jab.org Security Policy: http://www.python.org/cgi-bin/faqw-mm.py?req=showamp;file=faq01.027.htp
