This is a bug in Module::Build. It should be fixed in Module::Build
0.27.
We've gotta get the 0.27 release out the door. I'm going to just
arbitrarily release 0.27_02 now, even though it probably hasn't been
"fully tested". It is a beta, after all. And I think we need to do
more frequent betas if we're going to get 0.28 released sometime before
the next ice age.
