Sorry Jackie i am not sure to understand you I download some msvc 2012 packages on gisinternals but i don't get OGRProvider.dll but i have a gdal111.dll but if i inspect with depends.exe, i see that it don't have dependency with Fdo, I tell me it's normal it's not a gdal with fdo technology. So I must compile the gdal dev source from gisinternal with fdo technology to have the Spatial lite format supported ?
