I am willing to burn CD / DVD's for customers in the US for a minimal fee of $4.99 USD per order. If this is permissible. I am located in Tennessee, USA. In the past, some OOo community members sold installer CDs on Ebay and moved at least 100 units a week (this was from just one family I spoke with). Ebay had a policy against selling software CDs, even FOSS, so they ended up abandoning the project. However, if you can find a good platform (maybe Etsy or CafePress?), I think you can provide a valuable service and produce some income too. In terms of the software licensing, you are fully free to do this. Ultimately, we should put contact info for CD sellers on the website download page. We just need to ensure we fairly represent everyone who wants to set up such an operation.
