Kalau tadinya user pakai IMAP maka semua mail lama akan tampil kembali
seperti semula.

Kalau OC hanya digunakan untuk Calendar/Contact sync saja untuk account
yang sama, maka bisa pakai 2 account profile di satu outlook profile.
Dengan perkataan lain, IMAP/POP3 profile menangani email sementara OC
profile untuk non-mail.

Jika saya mau mengaktifkan Outlook Connector di client yang sudah pakai
Microsoft Outlook, apakah bisa tanpa harus membuat profile baru ? karena
kalau membuat profile baru artinya email-email yang lama akan terpisah.

Adakah cara combine dengan profile yg lama ?

Proses copynya pakai dos command akan jauh lebih cepat dibanding lewat
GUI internet explorer.
Pakai copy command saja, bukan move.

misalkan

c:\ copy  c:\mdaemon d:\mdaemon /s

atau

c:\xcopy c:\mdaemon d:\mdaemon /s /exclude:*.log

lakukan disaat jam kerja sudah usai dengan menggunakan windows task
scheduller.

Misalkan saja task scheduller di set menjalan batch script
copy-mdaemon.bat yang isinya

net stop mdaemon
c:\ copy c:\mdaemon d:\mdaemon /s
net start mdaemon

Kalau semua user pakai pop3, mestinya cepat saja proses backupnya.
Kalau folder \\mdaemon\log tidak di backup akan lebih cepat lagi, karena
hanya akan backup folder dengan size kurang 100 MB.

Ini yang memutuskan koneksi adalah receiver yang mail servernya diletakkan 
dibelakang firewall yang sibuk.
Kalau saat retry to send ke server penerima tidak terlalu sibuk mestinya akan 
berhasil dikirim.

ini apakah harus bergantian mengaktifkannya, atau dua-duanya bisa langsugn

[MDaemon-L] Permanent Delivery Failure

Kami kemarin di kasih IP DNS baru dari Polaris202.61.96.241 - 242
Saya coba ganti di PC saya, hasilnya bisa internetan

Kemudian saya ganti di PC mail server, di default DNS dan di netowork nya
saya ganti di DNS nya.
Selisih 2 menit, PC saya langsumg tidak bisa browsing, demikian juga di mail
server.
Ternyata IP baru tersebut langsung di blok.

Sepertimya MDAEMON kami bermaslah ya pak.
Mohon pencerahannya ya pak,

mengenai email dari ihotelier.com masih ada informasi seperti ini, padahal
saya ikuti petunjuk bapak dan SPF nya sdh saya disable pak syafril.
