[mdaemon-l] Gagal Setup account di HP

Selamat Malam Pak, semoga bapak dalam keadaan sehat walafiat.

 

Saya mau bertanya pak, kebetulan saya baru upgrade MDaemon to the lattest
version,

Setelah di upgrade, jika ada users saya ingin install mail di HP mereka
selalu gagal baik Android base atau iOS base.

Gagal saat user verification ke server. Tetapi tidak ada maslah dengan user2
sebelumnya.

Port POP dan SMTP nya saya gunakan seperti ini

 



 

Juga saya coba gunakan port 995 dan 465 SSL tetapi tetap tidak bisa,
sedangkan HP yang sudah terinstall sebelum MDaemon di upgrade tidak ada
masalh,

TLS 1.2 dan upgrade MDaemon ke versi 17.0 keatas agar bisa buat SSL/TLS
dengan alghoritma TLS 1.2 dengan encryption length sedikitnya 2048 bit.

Error ini muncul karena menu activesync diaktifkan padahal License Key 
Activesync tidak ada.
Activesync adalah plugin dari MDaemon, punya License Key terpisah.

Non aktifkan Activesync, lalu restart worldclient service atau restart MDaemon 
service dari windows service control panel.

Dear Pak Syafril

Kami kemarin di kasih IP DNS baru dari Polaris202.61.96.241 - 242
Saya coba ganti di PC saya, hasilnya bisa internetan

Kemudian saya ganti di PC mail server, di default DNS dan di netowork nya
saya ganti di DNS nya.
Selisih 2 menit, PC saya langsumg tidak bisa browsing, demikian juga di mail
server.
Ternyata IP baru tersebut langsung di blok.

Sepertimya MDAEMON kami bermaslah ya pak.
Mohon pencerahannya ya pak,

mengenai email dari ihotelier.com masih ada informasi seperti ini, padahal
saya ikuti petunjuk bapak dan SPF nya sdh saya disable pak syafril.

ga bisa masuk padahal saya sdh lakukan white list dan reverse look up -

Mba Nani ga tau lagi gimana caranya ngomong sama ibu. Tapi yang jelas kalau 
mba Nani ngomong, pasti akan terjadi kayak menjelang Idul Fitri kemarin.
Gimana kalau surat terlampir dikasiin ke Nindi biar nanti Nindi yang sampein 
ke ibu, pura2 dari guru agamanya untuk dibagikan ke orang tua murid.

Kalau mau ditambahin atau dikurangin silahkan aja. Terutama dibagian 
atasnya. Tapi kira2 cocok ga untuk anak kelas IV.

Soalnya ibu percuma liat Mama Dedeh, jika pas lagi ada obrolan yang

Dua hari lalu ada user kami yang mengganti password emailmnya persis sama
denga email address nya. Hasilnya emailnya di hujani puluhan ribu SPAM, dan
SMTP kami sempat di anggap Poor IP oleh Baracurda.

 

Tidak sampai disitu saja, sore ini ada beberapa user kami tidak menerima

Baca arsip berikut dan di praktekkan kalau ingin probabilitas terima mail
lebih besar.

Ingat bahwa di Email prioritasnya adalah mail tiba/terkirim dengan selamat
(safe arrived/sent) bukan aman (secure but not guaranties mail

Untuk user Anda lebih penting mail cepat terkirim/diterima, tidak masalah
mau lewat jalur mana, ada/tidaknya firewall merupakan prioritas ke sekian
bagi mereka.
Firewall dan atau antivirus proritasnya adalah secure bukan safe, lebih
sedikit akan lebih baik bagi kesehatan email.

Terimakasih atas responnya, sebetulnya field restriction tersebut tidak pernah 
di check sign, saya juga sudah lihat di userlist.dat tidak ada perbedaan dengan 
user2 yang lain.

Saat ini saya masih menggunakan Ver 12.54. dan saya tidak menemukan account 
template.

Mohon pencerahannya pak, karena account ini sudah lama sekali sehingga saya 
tidak mungkin membuat accountnya yang baru.

bias trima, tetapi yang kami forwardkan ke adi...@bimasena.co.id, atau

Pertanyaan saya kalo saya forward ke public email seperti yahoo, gmail atau
Blackberry ga ada masalah, di bawah ini saya kirimkan log filenya, mungkin

Dear Bapak Support dan Pak Syafril,

Terimakasih informasinya,
Untuk user outlook stupnya menggunakan POP3.
Mailing list everyone adalah masih menggunakan defaultnya Mdaemon (ketika
kami membuat suatu user, maka akan masuk ke Everyone secara otomatis).

Tambahan infromasi, user tersebut telah di create tanggal 20 January 2012,
oleh teman kami Halim, dan anehnya tanggal 23 November kemarin, tiba tiba di
bagian This account currently forwarding to ada sign TICK nya(di check)
dan di dalamnya ada Everyone@the-.Shingga Email teman kami secara tidak
sengaja ter forward ke everyone setelah ia receive email.

Untuk Log file SMTP IN tanggal 23, saya buka di hari senin sudah tidak ada.

Apa yang bisa saya lakukan untuk mengisvestigasi kedadian ini pak :) ?

Tidak.
Anggap (default) install MDaemon tidak membolehkan user biasa (ordinary
user) melakukan copy message ke public folder.
Yang mungkin bisa terjadi adalah ybs (pemilik account) melakukan
pengiriman mail ke milis everyone, dalam hal ini mail header message
yang diterima anggota milis atau smtp-in log akan memperlihatkan hal
tersebut.

 Sekerdar informasi sekitar bulan mey lalu sempat juga tiba2 Manging
 directot saya kirim email ke chef kami, namun terforward ke everyone
 padahal, beliau tidak memforward dan saya lihat di sent itemnya benar
 beliau hanya kirim ke chef saja, dan di retain copy chef hanya di
 forward ke BB beliau dan di MD saya pun setupannya sudah benar.

Kalau user pakai outlook atau BB maka tampilan TO address sering
mengecoh, karena di outlook/BB anggapan (default) nya mengaktifkan
address completion dan kalau di daftar contact ada alamat yang salah
maka isian di kolom To address menjadi salah terus.

Dengan demikian tindakan yang benar adalah periksa ke smtp-in log, bukan
periksa ke sent folder sender ybs. Dan periksa daftar contact secara
periodik jika di outlook diaktifkan menu automatic name checking

Dear Pak Syafril

Pak Syafril yang suka menolong, saya mau bertanya. Pada hari jumat 23 
November, ada email address user kami yang tiba-tiba di retain copy nya di 
kopikan ke everyone, yang akhirnya ada seseorang yang mengirimkan email ke 
anak tersebut (internal email) ter forward ke group everyone, untugnya tidak 
terlalu pribadi namun ahirnya anak tersebut di berikan sanksi oleh 
atasannya.

Pertayaan saya, bisakah ada perubahan tiba2, tanpa ada seseorang yang 
merubah? Mengingat pada hari jumat, saya cuti dan salah satu dari assistant 
saya sakit, sedangkan assistant saya yang satu lagi melporkan adanya 
kejanggalan di email tersebut, katakan Daryoto@...

Trimakasih atas quick respond nya, email sudah bisa keluar, pertanyaan saya, 
dari awal Mdaemon di setup menggunakan option nomer dua, dan tidak ada masalah, 
kenapa hari ini bermasalah ya Pak dan Mbak?

 

Apakah karena hal tersebut juga jika saya kirim email keluar, dan CC internal 
mail, orang luar or cc to blackberry lebih cepat nerimanya.

Kelihatannya Bapak salah mengisikan smarthost, mestinya diisi
