mailbox folder akun tersebut.
Bisa dilakukan dari Queue and Stat Manager | Queue page --> Mail Archive.

(Walaupun Realtime Scanning tidk dilakukakn setting seperti yg dimaksud).

Apakah Realtime Scanning tidak bersifat global?
Mksdnya jika belum melakukan Disable Realtime Scanning di PC client,
maka jika user ybs akan melakukan kirim email, email tersebut tidak 
diterima oleh recipient.

archive (pemindahan ke lokal disk) komputer user corrupt.
Email tidak masuk ke local folder tetapi di inbox sudah tidak ada.

mengirim email kepada user kami terkait SIKM, tetapi user kami tidak 
pernah submit SIKM dengan email yg digunakan, apakah ini termasuk email 
phising? Jika ia dimana saya bisa meblocknya agar tidak masuk lagi.

Pak mohon arahannya untuk setting email di Thunderbird dengan jaringan 
External (Internet Pribadi)

Email bisa masuk tetapi pada saat mengirim error smtp.
Settingan SMTP sudah menggunakan port 25 dan sudah coba 587 tetapi pada 
saat mengirim tidak bisa.

Kira-kira kenapa ya pak?
Apakah ada settingan yg salah atau kurang.

Jadi casenya seperti ini pak.

User komplain email yg dikirimkan tidak di terima oleh penerima,
saya cek di Server Mail, Email2 tersebut masuk ke local queue tidak ter 
release.
Saya coba kirim email test ke email saya sendiri. Tetatpi email yg saya 
kirim masuk ke local queue juga.
Kemudian saya coba release manual (proces now) tetapi email tidak 
terelease juga masih ada di local queue.
Kemudian saya pindahkan email tersebut ke retry queue dan (proces now) 
email2 tersebut belum ter release.
Saya coba melakukan export addres book to public folder, email tersebut 
ter reales tetapi email yg dikirimkan tidak sampai tetapi dapat email 
dari mdaemon seperti yg saya kirim sebelumnya.

Bingung juga kenapa bisa tiba2 terjadi begitu.
