MDaemon Anda kirim ke host/receiver yang salah sehingga ditolak.

Dan yang jadi masalah DNS resolver yang jadi acuan MDaemon.

Kalau resolve mestinya akan didapat

$ host -t mx amarishotel.com
amarishotel.com mail is handled by 20 mail2.amarishotel.com.
amarishotel.com mail is handled by 10 mail.amarishotel.com.
amarishotel.com mail is handled by 30 mail3.amarishotel.com.

Coba diperiksa idle time out untuk DNS resolver tersebut, mungkin karena
DNS itu sibuk sehingga lama responsenya.

Yang kedua, aktifkan menu berikut di menu delivery agar MDaemon tidak
salah kirim kalau sampai terjadi kegagalan sementara DNS resolve.
