Are OSM settings set in Tools-Preferences-Data ?

Yeah Chris, I do have my osm credentials set there.  Looks like it was a proxy 
problem.  I was receiving that error at work on my Windows XP box, but when I 
brought it home it was fine.

No server set to connect to

I'm sure that this is just something I need to set, but I don't know what or
