If you look into his other auctions, you'll find, that he must be quite new to meteoritics as you easily can notice from his sometimes inadequate attributes he uses in his descriptions and sometimes he's telling absolute rubbish. I have lots and seen lots more of NWA869. Probably cut at least 20 samples from different sources. That slice sure does not look like NWA869. Way too weathered (brown) looking. On the contrary, I've got great items at good price and it was a pleasure. Hello Don, I did not see any at the Tucson Show but I do have a good supply of Best Quality individuals anywhere from 1 gram up to larger. Of course the smaller individuals are the most complete. I usually offer some on eBay in individual form or in 1-kilo lots. Don, due to jewelry making, all 869 was bought up. I personally bought more than 500 kilograms of it, all of which was turned into spheres, beads, and pendants.
