Hi Paul and List,

Just a question for the academics :

Why are the full articles so expensive?  The abstract is always free,
but the full article typically costs anywhere from $10 to $50 just for
a PDF file of a paper.

One would think the public should be encouraged to educate themselves
about science.  Charging $30 to read what is basically an e-pamphlet
is a bit steep.

(Keep posting the links though - every now and then, one of the papers is free)
