Yes but both cases are a virtual container for code to run in, which
is not the same thing as we're talking about here.

I'm with Bill.  String::Sandbox just doesn't really make sense.  Any of 
quarantine, leash, muzzle, or stifle would be far more appropriate 
than sandbox.  As in guard, manage, bond, or chain, though those 
meanings are too overloaded in this context.

A dangerous animal in a sandbox will probably get out.
