to reach more people than just the ones reading this list and reading it
right now, you should log into PAUSE and give either either co-maint or
ownership to ADOPTME. That marks the module as needing a new maintainer,
so anyone looking at it can see, it will show up wherever such modules
get listed (most obviously in [1]), and the CPAN admins know they can
just pass it to whoever asks for it without needing to involve you.
