Re: DB information does not match filesystem

2008-04-19 Thread Sergio Bessa

Hi,

I'm trying to run mogadm fsck bu it seems to be doing nothing :(

I did this:
mogadm --trackers=mogiletracker1:6001,mogiletracker2:6001 fsck reset
mogadm --trackers=mogiletracker1:6001,mogiletracker2:6001 fsck start
mogadm --trackers=mogiletracker1:6001,mogiletracker2:6001 fsck status

The actual result for status is this:
   Running: Yes (on mogiletracker1)
Status: 0 / 101606 (0.00%)
  Time: 25m (0 fids/s; 0s remain)
Check Type: Normal (check policy + files)

On the other hand log only show the 'header':
unixtime event fid devid

Am I missing some step here?

Regards,
Sergio

Did you run mogadm fsck ? What does the fsck log say?

Cheers everybody for their thoughts - it looks like its a good call for us,

or try it :)

If you telnet to your tracker and run !jobs - is there a fsck worker?
!want 0 fsck
!want 1 fsck

... should get it going again?
