I noticed we had a few messages with a SPAM header yesterday: "***SPAM*** Re: K-12 reading assessment program." This has also happened in the past.
Please REMOVE any spam header (***SPAM***) when replying to tagged subject. I promise it'll take less than 10 seconds and it will ensure that your message is delivered to everyone. Some members will have messages deleted by their server if ***SPAM*** is in the subject. Other people will have messages with a spam header put directly into their Trash or Spam folders and never read them. The ***SPAM*** header is something that someone's email server is adding to the subject based on a somewhat complicated scoring system. As well, we've gotten a few messages in recent weeks with no subject at all. If you are replying to a "no subject" message, please take the extra 10 seconds to add an appropriate subject. I know everyone will appreciate the extra seconds that you take to ensure that your subject accurately reflects your message.
