I build it regularly on SunOS 5.8 with Force C++ update 1 . Did you ever
build with update 1 successfully in the past ? It would help if you
would specify what problems you encountered with building on update 2.

[ANNOUNCE] NSS 3.4 Release Candidate 2

NSS 3.4 Release Candidate 2 (RC2) is now available
as the cvs tag NSS_3_4_RC2.  I am not sure if we
will be able to provide binary distributions of
this release candidate on ftp.mozilla.org, but I'll
try.

This release candidate is being used by the Mozilla
client.

We plan to release NSS 3.4 RTM by the end of this
week and expect this release candidate to be close
to the final RTM build.

Please help us test this release candidate and file
bug reports if you run into any problems.
